Cancellation

A 48 hour notice is greatly appreciated. Please notify us promptly of conflicts so other clients may utilize your appointment time.

Late Arrivals

If you are late for your appointment, your treatment may be shortened to allow us to keep on schedule. The usual fee for the treatment will apply.

Returned Checks

Service charge $25 will apply on all returned checks.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Local Checks.
